In the second half of the year 2010, Aleesha has become a leading female bodybuilder. Aleesha was born into an extended family of athletes. Her father, along with her siblings, were ice hockey players, while her dad was a bodybuilder. Aleesha also played various sports like soccer, basketball, and softball before getting interested in bodybuilding when she was 15 or so. Aleesha was able to earn her professional certification after taking home the NPC USA Championships 2014. Her first competition began in 2008, however she began competing in 2008. The following year, she competed in IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. In 2015, she placed 9th. Aleesha was 6th and 7th in 2015 and 2016 in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. The first time she competed professionally took place at that of the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. Her performance had been steadily improving and was crowned winner after winning the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best showing at the WOS Rising Phoenix came in the year 2000, where she finished 4th position. In spite of this, "Worlds strongest mom" had a brief time off from bodybuilding due to health issues.
